The Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival holds a pageant on Saturday at 11:00 am in the gazebo.

Please bring the following to sign up:
• Picture for the photogenic contest.
• Proof of age (we just need to see it)
• Proof of residency or School District (bill in the parent's name with address, report card with school name , etc.)

Pageant Rules
Little Miss Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival
1. You must be between the ages of 4-7 on or before September 1st of current festival year for the Little Princess Division. You must bring a copy of your birth certificate to verify your age.
2. You must have a current Mt. Pleasant address, or live in Mt. Pleasant Area School District.
3. Must bring some form of proof of residency.
4. You will compete in a Formal Wear, Photogenic, & On-Stage Question.
5. There will be a Winner, 1st runner up and 2nd runner up. If the winner cannot perform her duties, the 1st runner up will take over the duties of the winner.
• There will be more runner-ups if there are more than 10 girls in an age group.
6. The judge’s scores are final.
7. Sportsmanship is a must. If you cannot follow that rule at all times, you will not be permitted to compete this year and possibly any years after.
8. The decisions are made by the pageant committee are final.
9. Photogenic, congeniality, and spirit award winners will be chosen and is not used to determine the overall winners.
10. The Little Princess is required to participate in the parade. It is strongly recommended that the court and contestants participate in the parade.
11. The winner is provided scheduled events to participate in during her reign as the Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival Little Miss Princess.
12. The winner will be provided with a schedule of events to appear at during the Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival weekend. (Proper dress will be discussed after the pageant.)
13. For parades or appearances you are to contact Leigh to check what to wear and any additional questions that you may have. (Rich only drives you and lets you know when and where the parades are).
14. You are expected to help with the plans and preparation for the year following contest.
15. You can only win each age group once.
16. The winner of each contest is required to attend the festival the following year to give up her title.
Young Miss Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival
